Excellent for sour bread baking. It will be even better if it 2 cm wider, but it's still great. Highly recommended.

Man muß mindestens 750 g Mehl verarbeiten, sonst wird es ein zu flacher Fladen!. Nachdem die Form anders aussieht, wie abgebildet kann man nicht zwei Brote backen, sondern nur eines. Der Deckel ist eine Pfanne.

This is my bread from this cast iron pot. Yesterday got a pot from Amazon, today I baked bread. I am happy to have this pot. It bakes perfectly with a dark crust that I and my family like. Whoever buys such a pot will not be disappointed . Now I know that the rye leaven in the fridge and this pot will allow me to experiment further. I must add that this is my first bread made from a cast iron pot, and it is the perfect size. My bread weighs exactly 945 grams

Love this bread pan, big enough for one loaf and bakes beautiful sourdough bread and at a reasonable price. It turned up sooner than expected as well
